Are all items sold in My Luxury Icon?

Yes, we pledge for 100% authentic item to be sold in My Luxury Icon. All items will go through a stringent authenticity checking by our Certified Luxury Appraiser with more than 10 years of experience in the industry authenticating luxury goods.

What are the payment method accepted?

We accept all Credit/Debit card, QR pay, Cash and Instant Transfer to our bank account
However, for Credit/Debit card purchase – there will be additional 2% merchant fee charges

Do you have any installment plan?

Yes, we do. We have installment plan via Atome easy payment [up to 3 time installment], there will be additional 2% merchant fees.

What is Consignment?

Consignment, refers to item placed in our store/website for selling to end user. There is no payment, no service charges upfront involved. However, there is a min 60-days consignment period. Get in touch with us, share the pictures of item you like to sell on our platform. We will provide you the “Final Payout Price” and if agreed, drop off the item to our store for authentication and listing. You will get pay as soon as the item is sold.

What is Selling Direct?

Selling Direct, refers item that direct sell off to My Luxury Icon. Faster and shorter lead time, but the price will be lesser than Consignment. However, currently we only accept selected brands for Selling Direct.

What are the differences between “Consignment” and “Selling Direct”?

Selling directly to us means you get paid immediately. Payment is usually made via Online Transfer. With this method, you save time instead of waiting for the item be sold. However, the pay-out value is lower when compared to consigning the item to us.

When you consign an item to us, you will only be paid after your item is sold (according to the payment schedule in the terms of consignment). Sellers may choose this method of selling if they want a higher value and do not mind waiting for items to be sold.

We only purchase selected items directly. However, we accept most items on consignment. Please refer to our collection for brands we accept.

How do I sell my item?

Get in touch with us and we will explain to you. Refer to our consignment form.

Are there any charges for consignment?

Consignment itself are free of charges, however the item will need to be with us for 60-days. Early withdrawal, will subject to service charges of RM200/item.

Do I need to make appointment to visit / drop off consignment?

Yes, it is recommended to make early arrangement to avoid overwhelming guests at the same time.

Once item sold, when can I received my payment?

You will get your payment in 1-day to your preferred bank via bank transfer only

How long is the delivery leadtime?

For Klang Valley – deliver will take 1 day. However, expedite service can also be arranged upon request on case basis.

Overseas shipments will vary depending on destination. We will provide you with a tracking to track the progress of your delivery.

How much is the delivery charges?

We provide free shipping within Malaysia*. However, for East Malaysia – RM100 flat will be charge for purchases below RM1000

For international shipments, it is absolutely free when you've met our minimum spending amount. Simply add item to your cart to find out your entitlement if you qualify for free shipping.

Why did I get charged for import duty / sales

For international shipments, import duties may be charged by your Government. If you are not familiar with the duties charged, it best to check with your local customs officer before placing your order to avoid any unwanted surprises.

Do you take item reservation?

All reservation will require 20% deposit (for item below RM500 – 50% deposit) to hold the item. All deposit paid are non-refundable, however can be use as store credit should you have a change of mind after any deposit payment.
